The NJ Medieval & Fantasy Festivals are host to the ongoing story of The Paladin Knight, a Medieval Fantasy Hero. It is about courage, loyalty, determination, good versus evil and...well...having fun and enjoying life to the fullest! The Festival is a charity fund-raiser for St. Mark's Church and is host to Educational and Entertaining activities: Sword Fighting, Archery, Music, Shows, Contests, Games and Activities for Children, Merchants, Food and Drink, and more, not found anywhere in northern New Jersey! The Festival is appropriate for all ages and has something for everyone!
WAIVER
By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing and acknowledging the wide range of activities associated with this Attraction and are making a voluntary choice to participate in this Attraction despite the risks they may present. You further RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Paladin Music & Entertainment, Inc., St. Mark the Evangelist RC Church, their agents, employees, members, volunteers, and all participants in the Attraction; from all liability for myself, or any party claiming an interest through myself, whether caused by their negligence or for any other reason, while preparing for, practicing for, traveling to and from, or participating in this Attraction. I further INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the above mentioned parties from loss, liability, damage or claim they may incur due to my actions during the Attraction, whether caused by their negligence or otherwise.
